Background
Real Estate was the ideal fit for Pero considering his experience in business management and direct hands-on carpentry. His cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills were further developed through his work with a family architectural and development business. With the introduction of Japanese investors, he was instrumental in the acquisition and sale of tens of millions of dollars worth of real estate in the early 1990's. He was also a managing partner of Senior Frogs Restaurant over a period of two years where he accomplished the highest sales per square foot. As a result of this performance, he was invited into the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
